Off-Peak Power provides managed energy and resilience services for large-load customers. We combine power procurement, battery-backed flexibility, market participation, and site-level operational control into one integrated offering.

We are not a battery company, a retail energy provider, or a consulting firm. We are a managed energy platform that takes ownership of the energy operating model for customers who need it most.

The ecosystem

Off-Peak Power integrates capabilities from two foundational companies:

TerraFlow Energy supplies battery and resilience technology, providing the physical infrastructure for behind-the-meter power management.

Eligo Energy contributes market-facing energy services expertise, including retail supply coordination, scheduling, dispatch, and settlement support.

Off-Peak Power is the customer-facing platform that combines these capabilities into a single managed service.

We believe energy infrastructure for large loads should be managed, not assembled. The customer should get outcomes, not components.

We build for long-term relationships, not one-time transactions. Our commercial model is aligned with the customer’s operating needs and financial requirements.
